Sanitary
Sewer and Storm Drain Service Information
The SSI is
required for all new construction involving
a change of use (including additional
dwelling units), or increase of impervious
surface or roof area.
A
non-refundable processing fee of $20 is
required at the time of SSI submittal. Also,
a GRE (Grant of Right of Entry) will be
required with the SSI application.
On the SSI,
fill in the required information on top of
the form down to the first double line.
VSFCD staff will contact you if more
information is required.
For
commercial developments, please come to the
VSFCD
office for a Pretreatment Questionnaire,
which must be submitted along with the SSI.
For all
subdivisions and commercial developments,
VSFCD
approved plans are required before the SSI
can be processed.
