Project Description: You are invited to bid on work comprising the construction of the following 2012 Lower Lateral Sewer Replacement Project in Vallejo, CA for the Vallejo Sanitation and Flood Control District. This work includes the following Project:

2012 Lower Lateral Sewer Replacement – Project No. 122716
Work includes, but not limited to, replacing 58 lower laterals, 1750 linear feet of 4-inch pipe by pipe bursting construction, 58 District cleanouts, 56 sewer main clay wyes, property restoration, traffic control and surface restoration (curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway, and street).

The Engineer’s cost estimate is between $225,000 and $250,000

“Pre-Bid Conference”: NO PRE-BID CONFERENCE FOR THIS PROJECT. CONTRACTOR IS ADVISED TO INSPECT PROJECT SITE, PROPERTY TABLE AND GENERAL NOTES BEFORE SUBMITTING BID.

BIDDING DOCUMENTS The full set of Bidding Documents consist of the Master Bid Document and the Project Specific Supplement, which are available for examination at the office of the Vallejo Sanitation and Flood Control District, 450 Ryder Street, Vallejo CA.

Copies of the Master Bid Document can be obtained from the District's web site www.vsfcd.com. A charge of $40 will be assessed for each copy of the Project Specific Supplement. For those bidders who do not already have a current copy of the Master Bid Document (MBD) copies of the MBD are available at the District office for a charge of $100 for each copy. Charges are not refundable.
