Whether it is directing a call, or providing you with information, our Administration Department staff is pleased to help you. The Administration Department keeps the District running smoothly by providing organizational support to the District, Board of Trustees, and the general public. The principle activities of the Administration Department are:

- Providing reception services to assist visitors at the District's offices,
- Management of records to promote efficient operation of the District.
- Providing administrative support to the District Manager, the Board of Trustees and other departments.
- Preparation, publication and posting of meeting notices, bid openings and public hearings.
