GOAL 2: Complete Odor Control Facilities at the Ryder Street Treatment Plant

Unfortunately, disagreeable odors are synonymous with wastewater treatment and the District's plant on Ryder Street is no exception. We have been working hard during the past few years to improve the quality of the air leaving the Ryder Street Treatment Plant and are in the final phase of a project to build odor control facilities. This goal was developed to ensure that planned odor control facilities are designed and constructed by the end of 2004.
