 		 the District Manager will ensure that the Citizen’s Advisory Committee makes its recommendations to the Board regarding implementation of the storm drain rates.     Will be presented at the February Board Meeting.
By March 15, 2005


 		 the District Manager and Finance Director, working with the CAC and customer/ business groups will attain understanding and support for the storm drain rate restructuring.      
By March 15, 2005

 		 the District Manager and Finance Director will make their recommendation to the Board on whether or not to place on the November 2005 ballot the storm drain rate restructuring.
