the District Manager will clarify with the City of Vallejo Water Department what is and is not Vallejo Sanitation and Flood Control District responsibility.

the Director of Plant Operations and Maintenance will install the new automated phone system.      
By December 1, 2004 the Director of Environmental Services will develop a public information format and schedule for ongoing newsletters.      
At the December 14, 2004 Board meeting the Field Maintenance Manager and District Manager will present to the Board a policy regarding customer service training for new and current employees.     Waiting on approval by HR, should be done by January Board meeting.
By January 15, 2005


 
the Finance Director, working with the Director of Environmental Services will notify customers of the new billing structure, highlighting online and EZ pay availability.      
By March 15, 2005

 
the District Manager, working with the Vallejo City Manager will attempt to identify a solution to the naturally occurring algae problem that is causing the odor in the White Slough Area.
