Our goal at the District is to do our best to provide our customers with the finest services possible. For this reason the District's Board of Trustees and Management Staff participate in a series of planning retreats to address issues that could impact our operations and to develop goals for the future. The retreats, which are held about every six months, are a part of ongoing efforts to identify ways in which the District could better serve the public.
