Project Description:
You are invited to bid on work comprising the construction of the following Setterquist Park Trash Rack Project in Vallejo, CA for the Vallejo Sanitation and Flood Control District. The work includes the following:

MIPS Building Pipe Chase Repair Project – Project No. 072906
Work includes, but is not limited to: Repair void between MIPS Building Pipe Chase and the MIPS Building through grout injection; Excavate and dispose of Approximately 150 CY of solids containing hazardous levels of petroleum products; backfill excavated area with lightweight aggregate; Demolish three small concrete slabs; Pave disturbed areas; slurry seal approximately 25,000 SQ FT of existing asphalt; Replace approximately 50-feet of 4” glass lined DIP.

The Engineers cost estimate for this project is between $145,000
 
Pre-Bid Conference:
 To be held at Vallejo Sanitation and Flood Control District office - 450 Ryder Street, Vallejo CA, at 10:00 A.M. on December 19, 2007.  Attendance at the pre-bid conference is a MANDATORY condition for submitting a bid.

To Obtain Bid Documents: The full set of Bidding Documents consist of the Master Bid Document and the Project Specific Supplement, which are available for examination at the office of the Vallejo Sanitation and Flood Control District, 450 Ryder Street, Vallejo CA.

Copies of the Master Bid Document may be obtained from the District at the address indicated herein. A charge of $100.00 will be assessed for each copy of the Master Bid Document. Copies of the Project Specific Supplement may be obtained from the District at the address indicated herein. A charge of $20.00 will be assessed for each copy of the Project Specific Supplement. Charges are not refundable.

Each Bid shall be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or Bid Bond in the amount of 10 percent of the total bid price, payable to the Vallejo Sanitation and Flood Control District.
