Meadows Pump Station Improvements, Job No. 062918

Project Description:
This project includes work at the following four (4) sites:

• Meadows Pump Station and force main – 515 Meadows Drive
• Manhole Improvements – Intersection of Meadows Dr. and Jack London Dr.
• Manhole Improvements – Intersection of Sonora Pass Rd. and Tobin Dr.
• Replacement Sewer – Jack London Dr. from Aster St. south to dead end, east through the marsh area to Tobin Dr., and north to the intersection of Sonora Pass Road and Tobin Drive.

This project includes the provision of labor, materials, equipment, and appurtenances for a project generally consisting of the following: a manhole pump station; a valve vault; downstream force main and sewer improvements; electrical and control systems; and all associated yard piping, appurtenances, earthwork, grading, paving, and fencing.

The bid price is $1,044,500.00

2008 Storm Drain Project (Magazine and Pine #082027 and Broadway and Louisiana #082226)

Project Description:
You are invited to bid on work comprising the construction of the following 2008 Storm Drain Project in Vallejo, CA for the Vallejo Sanitation and Flood Control District. This work includes the following two (2) projects:

Magazine and Pine – Project No. 082027
Work includes, but is not limited to, installing approximately 200 LF of 12-inch HDPE storm drain pipe, shallow manhole, traffic control and property restoration.

Broadway and Louisiana Street – Project No. 082226
Work includes, but is not limited to, installing approximately 130 LF of 12-inch PVC sewer pipe and approximately 100 LF of 12-inch PVC storm drain pipe, storm drain inlet and manhole replacement, bypass pumping, traffic control, surface restoration (curb, gutter and sidewalk) and property restoration.

The Engineers cost estimate for this project is between $145,000 to $180,000

Manufactured Sanitary Sewer Pump Station for US Army Reserve Project No. 071618

Project Description:
You are invited to bid on work in Vallejo, CA for the Vallejo Sanitation and Flood Control District. This work includes the furnishing and installation of a complete factory-built and factory tested grinder pump station, including, internal wiring, controls, connections, excavation, backfill, and miscellaneous paving at the US Army Reserve Training Center on Mare Island in the City of Vallejo as described in the project bid documents. The specified pump station is manufactured by Environmental One (e-one) Sewer Systems.

The Engineers cost estimate is
$95,000.
